Shipping and Delivery Policy

By placing an order with Dr. Noor Al-Khaldi's store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our shipping and delivery policy, meaning your commitment to these policies.

All our shipments are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the shipping and delivery service provided by our courier, and under no circumstances can Dr. Noor Al-Khaldi's store be held liable for any compensations or claims if the order is confirmed, the recipient is notified, or the customer receives the order, except in the following case:

If the received item is damaged or defective, you can request a return through customer service using approved communication channels to arrange for the necessary actions regarding receiving, inspecting, and completing the return or replacement process as per the return, replacement, and cancellation policy.

The store is not responsible for any orders where the customer fails to respond within a week from the date of the order.

*The shipment is tracked and received directly by the customer with the shipping company.

  • What is the approved shipping company?

The approved shipping company for inside and outside the UAE is "Expo Express Shipping".

  • How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

Your wait won't be long as we process your order as soon as the purchase is completed.

Your purchases will arrive within 2-7 business days within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, but only before the order is shipped.

  • How is my order handled if it is shipped but not received due to (incorrect address, absence, wrong contact number, or failure to respond to the delivery representative) and it is returned to you?

In case your order is returned due to an error on your part, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer.

In the event of a return of the order by the shipping company to the store due to:

1- The customer's failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated delays.

2- Errors in the data provided within the shipping bill, as indicated by the customer before completing the order.

3- The customer will bear the shipping cost of the order again.
