Return and Refund Policy

If you did not receive the product:

You are entitled to receive the value of the product you ordered but did not receive if your purchase order is canceled.

Products we do not accept returns for:

• Personal items that cannot be shared by another person.
• Products that perish quickly or any product whose validity has expired upon receipt.
• Products opened after delivery for reasons related to health protection and cleanliness.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item after evaluating its failure to meet the return conditions and at our discretion.

Returned Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risks of returning our products to us, so when we send a shipping representative to your given address, we will not bear any damage or loss of any product during shipping. Therefore, we request that you return the product via mail service or any secure service. We cannot refund money without proof of receipt.
